Infrared Sauna
Our infrared Sauna is a top of the range Clearlight Sauna.
Boasting full spectrum with medical grade Chromotherapy & Bluetooth speakers so you can hook up your phone and watch or listen to anything to pass the time.
As we are a small part time business at this stage you will not come into contact with any other clientele on your visit, your booked time slot will be exclusively dedicated to you and you only and when you enter the studio you are entering a locked secure environment.
What do I wear?: The more skin available to the infrared rays the better so we suggest underwear or a swimming costume, your birthday suite would be even better
Do I need to bring anything else?: Yes please bring a towel and water. If you forget of course we can provide you with a towel. And we need you to stay super hydrated so sip plenty of water before during and after your sauna
How long do I stay in the Sauna?: It is recommended 30 to 45 minutes. If you are new to the sauna start with 30 minutes is advisable. if you are a hard core sauna user 60 minutes is also available.
How often should I use the sauna?: It is suggested that to reap the benefits 2 to 3 times a week is beneficial (Evan once a week is better than none)
Where do I park?:
We have off-street parking in the cul-de-sac or front driveway if available.

- Always sit on a towel
- No oil to be taken in the sauna
- No blasting in the sauna
